Where is Xtasia and how do we locate it?

Using the directions page will get you to the right area in West Bromwich, however the entrance to the club is down the side of “Flirts”. The major landmark is the 7 storey Bond Wolfe building, High Street, West Bromwich which is 50 yards away from our entrance. Signs at the end of the drive indicate “Xtasia”. The front has an iron work fence along its length with a false hedge growing! Just press the call button on the front pedestrian gate.  Everything behind the fence and gate is now Xtasia grounds.

Why should we choose to visit Xtasia?

Xtasia is the largest, most well known, nightclub swingers’ venue in the Midlands. It’s pre-dominantly a dry club, where guests dress to impress each other. It has everything inside needed for a great nights entertainment. It’s run by a couple who know the scene extremely well and go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and part of the guest community. We are proud to say we’ve been voted the #1 Swingers Club in the UK for 2014, by the authors and team from “Sex in the Cities”.

How busy will it be?

A question we can’t really answer. We are working hard to ensure busy nights and afternoons, utilising our links with all major web sites in the UK, as well as promoting ourselves on lots of web sites and other media. On a busy night we can have well over 100 couples here, quieter nights, less, but it changes by the minute, so please don’t ring asking how many people are in. By the time you get here, it will have changed. Check the Events page, for additional information on a specific night.

What do we need to join?

This site has Membership Application Forms.

Please fill one of these in, before setting out to the club. We will reply to them all as quickly as possible, giving you an indication if membership will be accepted, or we are at capacity for a specific group. Couples and single females are welcome at the door, single males must wait for an acceptance email back from us.

When you visit us you will need a valid form of Photo ID for each member. This can be a driving licence, or a passport alongside a utility bill, or bank statement. We need you to prove to us, who you are, how old you are, and where you live.

You must be over 18 to join. Your information is stored by us, it will not be used or passed on to any other organisation, and we are registered with Data Protection under number ZA040964.

It's our first visit to Xtasia, what should we expect?

We understand a first visit can be daunting. Treat the first trip as if going out for a drink with friends, where everyone has one hobby in common. That’s all it needs to be, don’t worry or panic, and definitely, don’t get drunk before attending! If it’s your first visit, please allow us to show you around. This tour will introduce some of the areas to you, but more importantly give us a chance to chat to you, re-assuring you of what happens, where, and when, so there are no surprises later.

What should we bring with us?

Nothing is really needed at Xtasia apart from the following:
Your membership card, or ID as mentioned above if new.
Cash or card for entrance fee and bar.

We have the following available for you:
Condoms and Lube sold at the bar.
Free Towels provided for showers and wet area.
Drinks, we have a fully licensed and well-stocked bar.
Food, we provide snacks and savouries to keep you going.

Do we have to swing or get naked?

No. You don’t have to do anything you’re uncomfortable with. Unlike some other clubs we do not expect you to walk around in a towel, or join in with any activities. There is also no dress down time, you can remain fully clothed all night long if you wish. End of story. Any pressure to do otherwise should be reported to a staff member.

Do I have to wear a fetish outfit to the fetish events?

Not at all, but black clothing will help you feel at ease normally. All forms of extreme Fet clothing are always appreciated and encouraged, from chastity cages to corsets, leather to latex.

What ages, size, race, etc of people attend?

Our only door stipulation is that you are over 18 years of age. We have people of all races, ages and sizes. The club layout isn’t ideal for people with a walking disability who find stairs awkward as the club has around 50 stairs between all areas, however access to the main dance floor arena is all on the ground floor. If wheelchair access is required, please call us in advance so we can ensure access is provided. (Please see our disability access  information below)

I'm a single male, can I just join in?

As our answer above to the couples indicates we want you to make the effort to start talking to people within the social areas of the club. It is very easy to say “Hi”, and get chatting. Please don’t hide in corners and be too shy to talk to someone. Remember, most other members are there that night to meet people like you, so go for it! Once you’ve chatted for a bit and got to know them, ask the obvious question “Would I be of interest to you later tonight?” If the answer is No, then thank them for their time and move on. If it is yes, then enjoy your evening!

If a lady seems to be seeking lots of male attention, please do not just rush in. Wait for a signal from either her, or her partner, that clearly indicates you’ve been accepted. If you rush in with out this, you may end up causing a major disturbance, and also asked to leave the club.

Will we be hassled by single men?

If you attend on a singles night then please expect to be approached by our single guests to see if they might interest you. We ask them to do this, rather than loiter silently around the club. A simple “No Thanks” at this point will ensure you are left alone by that member for the rest of the night. Of course, most couples attending on a singles night are actually looking for that extra fun. If this is you, then get chatting to the guys at the bar or in the social zone, and make sure you’re happy with your choice before moving to play. Remember, at all times, even once you’ve started to play, that a simple “No Means No”, should be instantly honoured by all.

Am I guaranteed play and fun?

Absolutely not. We are a Swingers and Fetish Club, where members pay for entry, and no other guarantees are given. Any ladies/couples visiting the club do so of their own free will, and we do not pay them in any way to provide “services”. It is not a brothel, or what is now becoming known as a “Sex Club”. Please do not expect any guarantee of fun. Your luck in this department will be totally dependant on your own effort, attitude, personality, cleanliness, looks and charm, and don’t expect the club to make up for any personal shortfalls. Skulking around the building hoping for an odd fumble, normally leads to an early exit and membership revoked.
If a lady seems to be seeking lots of male attention, please do not just rush in. Wait for a signal from either her, or her partner, that clearly indicates you’ve been accepted. If you rush in with out this, you may end up causing a major disturbance, and also asked to leave the club.

Do you allow smoking?

The club is a smoke free environment inside. We have a covered smoke area outside, alongside a separate vape area, both with wall heaters and jackets you can borrow. Vapes are no longer accepted in the club, and we ask that they are only used in the designated vape area.

Do you allow chewing gum?

No, sorry, it gets everywhere so we have to ban it. Mints are provided at reception, and you can also purchase packets from the bar.

Do we bring our own drinks?

No. We have a fully licensed bar, selling a good range of beers, wines and spirits. We have plenty of soft drinks, as well as non-alcoholic lagers for the drivers. Please do not bring in your own drinks, as these will be stored in reception by the door staff. If on your first visit to us, your favourite tipple isn’t supplied, please mention it to us and we’ll see if we can get it in. Our bar is also cheaper than surrounding pubs and hotels, so if looking for an early drink to settle nerves maybe, then coming into the club is actually a good idea.

Please ensure you do not get drunk. Our licence is based on serving sober people, and should you get drunk, we will stop serving you, and ask you to leave the premises. In accordance with our licence we can not allow any drinks to be taken off the premises. We appreciate many people get nervous in this environment, but being unable to watch out for yourself, does not help anyone.

Can I come and go from the club?

Yes you can. Please ensure door staff are aware that you’ll be coming back, or they might try to charge you entry again!

Mobile Phones, can I take pictures in the club?

Absolutely not. The rule protects us all. Any recording devices, including mobile phones must be left at the door. We have a very secure cloakroom facility for these, and you can access your phone at any point by coming back to reception; however they are not permitted anywhere else in the club. Anyone found trying to photograph or video anything in the club will be ejected, and the media destroyed. All members are asked to report any incident of this nature to staff should it ever occur. If anyone is caught with a camera, our policy is to look through the recent photo’s and video’s to ensure nothing has been taken in the club. Be warned, we do not take this lightly!

If you wish to do a photo session within the club, then please contact us directly for private hire information. We also do a Content Creators day once a month, where you can take professional images for yourself if you wish.

Is there CCTV inside the club?

We do have cameras inside the club and others outside protecting the building. The ones inside are:

Covering the front door, reception and cloakrooms, to protect your belongings and to cover any issues at the front door
Covering the staff only kitchen
Covering the bars

We now have two cameras covering the swim spa area in the new leisure facility. This is to ensure no sexual activity occurs in the pool, and for the safety of those using the pool.

These are recording for all of our security and piece of mind, and should not be seen as covert in anyway. All screens can be viewed by asking at the reception desk if you wish to see what is displayed. The data from these can only be requested by the Police following an incident in which the information might be of use. As a Private Members Club we restrict the viewing of this material to the correct law enforcement agencies, and only provide it when a crime has been committed.

We have one play area that offers a Camera to Screen experience. This is not recorded in any way, but purely transmits what is happening in one room, to a screen upstairs in the chill out lounge. The bed is very clearly marked, and is used by the more exhibitionist members of the club. If you wish to discuss how this works, please see a member of staff.

What rules come into play during BDSM play?

Members involving themselves in BDSM play in the dungeon area normally enjoy a zone around them that cannot be interfered with, either by others approaching too much, or by noise, such as speech, interrupting their games. Please be very aware of this and try not to interfere. If they wish participation of some form, they will clearly indicate to you that you can get involved. If you get no signal, then it’s seen as extremely impolite to interrupt them in any way.
If you wish to do a photo session within the club, then please contact us directly for private hire information.

I'd like more advice on the scene, where can I find it?

Xtasia recommends Fabswingers.com as a good way of getting to know the scene and to ask any questions of others before visits if you need to. The Forum on the site is well run, and plenty of people will answer you with different views on most subjects. The site in its basic form is free, and gives you easy access to lots of clubs around the UK. It is also a very good idea to visit the Forums on a regular basis and type in “Xtasia” to the search there, as we advertise most big events there.

The Fetish scene is best served by a site called Fetlife. Again once on the site, make sure to make friends with us under the name “Xtasia”

Can I hire Xtasia for Private Events?

Xtasia welcomes outside interest in venue hire. Please note however, it is strictly Over 18 events only. We do not do Birthday Parties and Wedding Receptions where children are invited!!

Full Venue Hire
can be negotiated for anytime when the club is currently closed. Depending on the type of event planned, the requirement for Xtasia staffing, and the number of guests involved, we would find and agree a pricing structure where all parties benefited.

Room Hire
, including the dungeon is available for private meets and sessions at £30 per hour. 2 people entry. If you need something more than this, please contact us to discuss. Advanced notice of 12 hours or so is normally needed. We would expect you to bring your own insertable toys, but we can provide a range of whips and paddles.

Photography and Film work
. We’d be happy to allow private and commercial filming work to occur throughout the building. It would make an ideal film set for a nightclub setting, or for porno films with a large choice of rooms. Ideal venue for Photo shoots for professional photographers. We can also assist individuals and couples who may wish to improve their own portfolio of shots, with a private session of photographs. If local photographers would like to contact us on the basis of us providing an extra setting venue, please feel free to contact us. The club was recently used for the film “The Marker” starring John Hannah, directed by Justin Edgar.

Info for CD TV TS Q community

Fetish membership to Xtasia is Gender Neutral. This is the only membership needed if attending Fetish events at the club.

If you require swinging membership, then this is based on your legal ID. If your driving licence states male, then single male membership is needed, however once that bit is done at reception, we treat you as you present at the door. Present in female mode, then female access and pricing applies. If transitioning, you can happily change gender with us as per any legal documentation.

Last Entry Times

The main Xtasia club shuts at 3am on a Friday and Saturday night, so last entry is 1am. After that time we feel you won't get enough time to socialise and enjoy the facilities.

During the week when we shut at midnight, we operate an 11pm last entry time.

Is the club Disability friendly?

We have members with all kinds of disabilities. However, its an old building, over a number of levels, so staircases are involved. If in a wheelchair, we can get you access to 2/3 of the club, with prior arrangement. This involves entry through our rear gates, into the main dance area and bar, with a small ramp being popped into place to give you access to the play rooms. We can't get you to the dogging area, the downstairs jacuzzi and dungeon, and the top chill lounge. Please also note our toilets on this level have an awkward step to get in and out of the cubicles. If this access is needed, please contact the club on the phone number provided to arrange.

How many girls are working?

If you feel you need to ask this question, we don't want you at our club. This is not a brothel, and we do not employ working girls.

Please use google to find other local venues.

Our venue is open to couples, and singles, and we never know who is coming in and when. Some events we have well over 300 people in, sometimes you might be the only person at the bar. The ladies who attend, do so because they love the freedom to enjoy themselves, and are not paid to be here for your benefit.

Please contact us if you have more questions
